ORCID account linking

Following instructions in the Internet2 wiki on setting up ORCID Source, everything seems to be working correctly except on return to CoManage when I get this error message.

This is indeed my ORCID id so everything seems to have gone right except for the identifier not being added to my CO Person record.

I'm including screenshots of the enrollment flow:

There are no enrollment attributes as this was clean in the directions not to have any. Under enrollment sources I have my ORCID source with Org Identity Mode set to authenticate.
