Ensure regular groups added via an API call appear in the "Regular Groups" listing

It is possible that groups generated by an API call do not appear in the "Regular Groups" listing (i.e. the index filtered to exclude admin and automatic groups) though they can be found in "All Groups" (no filters). Suss this out to ensure that such groups appear in the "Regular Groups" listing.
