UnixCluster add/POST should fail gracefully

The UnixCluster REST API does not support Add. Instead one should use the Cluster REST API add action with a type of UnixCluster, and then edit/PUT the resulting UnixCluster object.

So a POST to the UnixCluster endpoint should not return a 201 and should indicate that the add action is not supported.
