REST API CoGroups reconcile returns 404

Using the UI and browsing to a CoGroup and then clicking on "Reconcile" results in a call like the following

POST /registry/co_groups/reconcile/484.json

The code is returning a 404 even though I am logged in as a platform administrator and have a valid session.
