Cannot create LDAP Provisioner table with MySQL 8.0.1 or later

The word GROUPING became a reserved word in MySQL 8.0.1. See

The word 'grouping' is used in the table

cm_co_ldap_provisioner_attr_groupings

Since the word is reserved the table cannot be created in MySQL version 8.0.1 or later.
