Jobs listing: enhance the summary column

    Description

      Change the "Register Summary" column to include more information to explain the state of a job. The column itself might be re-titled "Summary" (since "Register" is one of those words that is both verb and noun and is probably not needed here).

      In the summary, include "Starting State" when appropriate - e.g. the number of records previously processed for a sync job - and "Completion State" showing a short but more detailed description of success or failure for a job - e.g. how many new records were added during a sync job. The "Status" column will continue to describe the "Current State". If useful information is provided while a job is in process, a "Current State" heading might appear in the summary column prior to the "Completion State".
