GarbargeCollector Should Support Omitted object_type

The command line documentation for the GarbageCollector job indicates --object_type is optional, however the code as currently implemented requires it. The documentation is correct – if omitted, GarbageCollector should delete all supported object types (of which the only current one is Co).
