Better logging configuration for containers for remote IP address

Michael Gettes writes "if you change comanage where the logformat line has ‘%h’ and change it to ‘%a’ then whether or not remoteIPheader is enabled - logging will work. if remoteIPheader is enabled - you’ll get the origin IP."
