Match fails on PHP 8.0: Composer requires PHP 8.1

As of commit d1cf34dbe (develop branch), Match responds with the following message:

_Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0". _

We should correct this to keep working with PHP 8.0 while it remains supported.
