LdapProvisioner fails when LdapSchema objectclass has no configured attributes

It is possible for a LdapSchema plugin to define an objectclass but for that objectclass to not have any required attributes. In that situation the LdapProvisioner will fail because the objectclass is not a key in $configuredAttributes (but it is a key in supportedAttributes).
