    Description

      If I start a new Self Signup enrollment flow, certain attributes emit warnings when debug mode is enabled. Specifically, both COU and Affiliation generate

      Warning (2): Undefined array key "default" [APP/View/CoPetitions/petition-attributes.inc, line 302]
      Warning (2): Undefined array key "disabled" [APP/View/CoPetitions/petition-attributes.inc, line 315]
