Filtering Groups returns 404 Not Found error when filtering on results pages other than results page 1

Applying a search filter when searching Groups while on pages other than results page 1 returns a "Not Found" error.

The error message in the browser looks like:

Not Found

Error: The requested address '/registry/co_groups/index/co:2/page:2/search.groupName:foo/op:search' was not found on this server.

To reproduce:

1. Select Groups > All Groups on the left-hand side menu.
2. Navigate to page 2 of the search results.
3. Apply a search filter, such as Name and hit the Filter button.
4. The Not Found error page is displayed.
