Extended Attributes Can't Be Added To Enrollment Flow

When an Extended Attribute is selected as an Enrollment Attribute, an error is thrown (see attachment). The underlying table does appear to exist with the correct permissions, implying the Extended Attribute was defined correctly in the configuration.
