Default Field Focus

Default focus for various forms should be on the first editable element, not the black menu bar (or whatever element the browser decides).

This will probably require editing all fields.inc files to provide this hint (possibly via an HTML ID) and editing the default layout to put focus on whatever the appropriate field is.
