    Description

      Configure Grouper datasource plugin via UI, not a php file.

      This also implies that Grouper setup always happens AFTER COmanage setup shell is invoked, which also implies the ability to copy current group data from COmanage's database tables to Grouper. (This should possibly be a separate ticket).
