Improve Identifier Assignment Robustness

Consider a format of (g)[1:.(m:1)].(f)2:.(#)

If a person does not have a middle name, but given/family is not unique, the identifier "given..family" will be generated, which is probably not ideal.

Similarly, someone with only one name would get "given." as their identifier.
