EmailAddress Validation Error Via REST

    Description

      Due to CO-532, email address type validation is broken via the REST API. $cm_enum_types needs to be updated to match the 'type' validation rule.

      eg: POSTing an EmailAddress of Type "Forwarding" fails (400 Invalid Fields), although type "Office" works because it is still defined in contact_t.
