CO Group Provisioning

    Description

      Changing a CO Group should trigger Provisioning, since group repositories may need notification on group operations, not just group memberships. This includes repositories such as Grouper or LDAP (when using ou=Groups), and events such as a new group being created, a group being renamed, and a group being suspended or deleted.

      Need to figure out if a change to CO Group Member is relevant here, that might continue to just trigger CO Person Provisioning.
