Provide Status Hints In Group Selection Pages

Group Management pages should indicate that a (potential) group member is not in active status and so won't really be a part of the group. This includes

(1) /co_groups/edit/#

Add something like a parenthetical to people who are not active:

(X) Pat Lee (Not Active)

(2) /co_group_members/select/cogroup:#/

Add an additional column that indicates person status, or better yet do the same parenthetical as in (1).

Also, if the admin clicks a group membership for a non-active person, create a warning popup advising that the change will have no effect until the person becomes active.
