Group membership selection cleanup

Details

    Description

      • Remove existing members from select() when View/Edit Groups > Edit Group > Add Person
      • When adding a person to a group via My Population > Edit Person > Add Group, list does not show current memberships/ownerships
      • In general, /coordinate/co_groups/select/copersonid:YYY/co:ZZZ could use a cleanup
      • When viewing own CO identity, there's no button for adding group memberships
