Hierarchical Representation of COUs

    Description

      Lists of COUs should represent their hierarchical nature. eg, when a popup renders the list of available COUs to select, it should look something like

      • COU1
        • COU4
      • COU2
      • COU3

      /registry/cous/index should have a similar representation, or at least a Parent COU column.
