add progress and summary data Loader Job_Message field

as mentioned to Chris in slack:

In loader log for the loader job entry where the sum of ins/upd/del/unres/etc are stored for all the sub jobs… it would be great if the job message could provide a synopsis of progress and a final tally. X of Y groups processed (N%). (and that message would be left at the end of the job for 100%).
