add sudo to grouper container

In the 2.5.21 container and forward, can you please

yum install sudo

In the container?  In order to jstack or jmap the java process, you have to use sudo or be the user "tomcat".  Since tomcat doesnt have a shell, we need to have sudo.  Can that be in there by default please?  This is to wait until 2.5.21+ (not ready yet) if you agree

can you also add java to the path?

export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH
