add gsh and sql script jobs to configuration wizard for daemons

for each daemon you need to add in your config:

otherJob.<scriptDaemonConfigKey>.fileType = script

-or-

otherJob.<scriptDaemonConfigKey>.fileType = file 

The jobs will still run, but before you edit them in the UI you need add this...
