add attribute type schemas where one attribute allows others to be assigned

e.g. for scott

ethnicity -> other
race -> white
author name -> S. Smith
lsc effort -> 100 (I spend 100% of my time on LIGO business)

This isn't the actual schema of course, but represents the
information stored in it.
