convert pspng to provisioning should take four inputs and use the new format

Hello All,
Can someone explain to me what looks like a new gsh option of "-pspngAttributesToProvisioningAttributes" What is the expected behaviour? and naming conventions?

I got the following description but we have three pspng provisioners so we would need something that is like <oldpnpngname> <newprovisionername>
"Please provide one argument that is the provisioning target name"
