duo provisioning colons need to be escaped

Thanks! I got this working with group name = extension, but with group name = name (or displayName) I get the following error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid return code '401', expecting: 200. 'https://api-blah.duosecurity.com/admin/v1/groups' {"code": 40103, "message": "Invalid signature in request credentials", "stat": "FAIL"},

it needs a signature on the request, maybe the colons are getting escaped differently on our side than their side.  i will look at this...
