cannot delete a permission attribute from the Attribute definition

I think I may have found a bug, When I try to delete a permission attribute from the Attribute definition I get the error: “Error: cannot find attributeDefNameId, nameOfAttributeDefName, or attributeDefNameIndex in url” but if I go into the attribute and delete it via the “Attribute name actions” it deletes just fine.
