Provisioner External entity ldapMappingEntityAttribute not surfaced, keeps getting deleted

This may only be showing up for the global resolver. For a non-global resolver, there isn't a field for it, but is still needed for the resolver to work. When the provisioner is edited, it keeps getting deleted.
