Provisioner Config: DeleteValueManagedByGrouper will not save

We are trying to improve Grouper's ownership of provisioned information, particularly because the 'delete memberships when created by Grouper' seems to have accumulated some undeleted memberships, even when we don't think we pruned the cache.

In any case, we can't get to full ownership, so we're trying to enable Membership CRUD option DeleteValueManagedByGrouper. The UI refuses to save, reporting "Membership CRUD is specified but no options are configured." This is not the case as there are several crud options enabled (see attached pic).

When we add the configuration line directly to the grouper-loader config "file," the UI has displays things correctly, but errors the same way when saving without changing anything.
