Google mock table fields too small

For the Google mock provisioning internal to Grouper, some columns are not large enough to hold the values they may be storing:

message_moderation_level varchar(15) /* MODERATE_ALL_MESSAGES is 21 chars */

reply_to varchar(15) /* REPLY_TO_MANAGERS is 17 chars */

spam_moderation_level varchar(15) /* SILENTLY_MODERATE is 17 chars */
