Save Info Modal Should Not Display

Tested in version 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT-5f624be 

Description

During editing a Metadata Provider, when a user goes to the Advanced Settings page but makes no changes, and they move to the 'Filter List' they are presented with the Save Your Information dialog box, though no edits have been made.

Steps

Prerequisite: Create Metadata Provider with Provider Type of 'FileBackedHttpMetadataProvider'

1. Click 'Edit' button for the metadata provider
2. Select the Advanced Settings page using the left nav. Make no changes.
3. Click 'Filter List' on left nav

What occurs:

Save Your Information modal is displayed.
