Description
An item on the Dynamic Attributes page was left out.
Steps
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
2. Click 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’ / ‘Metadata Source’
3. Enter valid Metadata Provider Name and select Metadata Provider Type: DynamicHttpMetadataProvider
4. Enter valid required information and continue to the Dynamic Attributes page
