Description
Validation has been handled inconsistently in the UI.
Steps
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
2. Click 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’
3. Enter valid Metadata Provider Name and select Metadata Provider Type: DynamicHttpMetadataProvider
4. Move through the application and note the different behavior on the required fields
What is occurring
Validations for required fields are behaving inconsistently.
What is recommended
Please ensure that validations for required fields are handled the same as they are currently being done for the ID field on the Common Attributes page. Take into consideration when text is removed/selections are set back to defaults.

NOTE: In the screenshot the ID and Metadata Request URL Construction Value fields both had text entered, then removed. The Metadata Request URL Construction Type had a selection made, then it was returned to the default. The behavior in the ID field is the current example of how we discussed the behavior would be best.
