This was not addressed in the requirements.
It displays 'New Filter - EntityAttributes' when EntityAttributes OR NameIDFormat is selected.
Recommend: Remove text 'EntityAttributes' from the 'New Filter' header.
This does not affect functionality, nor does it impact the user to a great degree, so this is considered trivial and will likely be moved to the backlog.
