Document Automated Testing Process

Once automated tests are entered and ready to run, any team member will be able to run them.
This ticket is to create documentation on how to do this.

I will work with Bill and JJ to learn how this is done so that I may document it. I will have JJ or Bill review and indicate where edits are needed.

Since this is dependent on my learning how to use the automated testing system, this is a ticket for sometime in the future.
