Description
When adding a new Filter
Steps Prerequisite: Metadata Provider of FileBackedHttpMetadataProvider type
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
2. Select 'Metadata Providers' tab
3. Click 'Manage Filters' button
4. Click 'Add Filter' button
5. Fill in required fields and save
6. Click 'Add Filter' button
What is occurring
The first time one clicks the Add Filter button, on sees only the Select Filter Type dropdown. The second time, they see the whole form which includes: Filter Name, Search By dropdown and Enable Filter checkbox, among other items.
What is expected
Any time the Add Filter button is clicked it should only display the Select Filter Type dropdown until the user selects either 'EntityID' or 'NameIDFormat'
