Description
All users can be deleted from the Admin tab. The AC states: Note: User cannot be deleted if there is only one user defined
Steps
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
2. Select the Admin tab
3. Delete each user
What is occurring
The user is able to delete all users
What should occur
User should not be allowed to delete the last user. What I recommend is to remove the 'Delete' button when there's only a single user yet.
