      Tested in version 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT-c4043ea

      Description
      The email sent when a user requests access should have in the subject line "'User Access Request for [Name of User]". Currently, it is pulling the data from the email address field and posting: 'User Access Request for [Email of User]'
