Description
When the user first logs in, the 'Action Required' counter displays '0' when on the Dashboard but when the Action Required page is opened, the counter displays the actual amount of items.
Steps
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
Note the counter on Action Required page
2. Click 'Action Required' tab
Note the counter again.
What is occurring
When first logged in the Action Required counter shows '0'
What is expected
Counter should display actual count.
