Issue when Canceling Edit and trying to add new Metadata Source

Description
When a user goes to edit an existing metadata source, and then clicks to cancel that edit, if they try to add a new metadata source, they are presented with the wrong page of the wizard.

Steps

1. Log in as DelegatedAdmin (shibui-user2): https://shibboleth.mpt.unicon.net/
2. Add and save a new Metadata Source
3. Click to Edit the new Metadata Source
4. Click 'Cancel' button
5. Click 'Add New' and select Metadata Source

What occurs
User is sent to page 3 of the wizard.

What is expected
User is presented with page 1 of the wizard.
