Two Checkboxes on Relying Party Overrides Show Dashes Instead of Checks

Following the add of a metadata source the checkboxes for Use SHA Signing Algorithm? and Ignore any SP-Requested Authentication Method? are displaying a '-' in the checkbox rather than a checkmark.

Steps to create:

1. Signed in as a delegated admin.
2. Added a new metadata source.
   1. Left all Relying party overrides checked
3. Saved the metadata source
4. Selected to edit the metadata source
5. Selected Relying Party Overrides page
6. The values in the checkbox for Use SHA Signing Algorithm? and Ignore any SP-Requested Authentication Method? are a checkmark.
