Description
Implement the ability to display/process the Metadata Sources Configuration page.

Metadata Source Configuration
Note: Metadata Source Configuration will consist of the Metadata Header Component followed by the Metadata Configuration Component.

This component is to be used for all metadata types (metadata sources, metadata providers and filters).
