Bug: Save button spinner does not display on metadata source edit

When restoring a metadata source version, the edit screen that allows the user to make changes prior to restoring has a spinner on the Save button that displays when it is clicked. However, clicking one of the metadata sources from the version history and editing a section shows the same edit screen, but without a spinner on the Save button.
