Bug: A Dashboard / "false" page can appear if metadata provider configuration pages are navigated too quickly

While attempting to verify metadata provider version comparison, a dashboard page with blank content was encountered. Reproducing it is intermittent, but can be achieved by executing the false.side selenium script.

Note: Likely a strange edge case, but worth at least documenting in the event that future weirdness such as this is experienced.
