When editing metadata resolvers, the nav list is reading messages.properties variable names, not the string content

Screen Reader Inspection (NVDA)
The 'Edit' tabs for metadata resolver is reading messages.properties variable names instead of the variable value (string) it should contain:

SP/Organization Information = label.sp-org-info
User Interface/MDUI Information = label.metadata-ui
SP SSO Descriptor Information = label.descriptor-info
Logout Endpoints = label.logout-endpoints
Security Information = label.key-info
Assertion Consumer Service = label.assertion
Relying Party Overrides = label.relying-party
Attribute Release = label.attribute-release

All aria labels for these tabs need to be corrected (with the proper messages.properties variables so they read more human-friendly).
