    Description

Scenario: When adding an assertion consumer service endpoint to a metadata source configuration, the location and location binding field appear to be required but are not. If they are completed then deleted, red X's appear in the fields, but the form is still advanceable.

      Browser(s): Safari

      1. Login as an admin
      2. Create a new metadata source
      3. Advance the form to the Assertion Consumer Service Endpoints section
      4. Add an endpoint
      5. Complete the fields, then delete them. Note the X's and that the form can be advanced.

Expected result: The form shouldn't be advanceable and validation errors should indicate that the fields are required
Actual result: Red X's appear that seem to indicate the required nature of the fields, but there is no text and the form can be advanced.
