UI: Investigate Save spinner behavior when choosing "Use their changes"

Scenario: Choosing "Use their changes"

Browser(s): Firefox

1. Create a metadata provider
2. Edit it as one user
3. Edit it as a second user
4. Save a change with the first user
5. Save a different change with the second user
6. Select to "Use their changes"

Expected result: The data should be refresh with "their changes". User should be dropped back to the configuration page? Or edit page? not sure.
Actual result: User is dropped back to their own edit page with old data and save spinner continuing to spin.
