Metada Source Copy Entity ID unique message is not read by NVDA

Scenario: Copying a metadata source using NVDA

Browser(s): Edge (vCurrent) w/ NVDA

1. Create a metadata source
2. Begin creating a second metadata source, using the first one as the copy source
3. In the "Service Provider Entity ID" field, enter a previously used ID

Expected result: The "Entity ID must be unique" message should be announced
Actual result: Nothing is heard from NVDA
