Multiple things to validate:
- New UI that allows the addition of CustomEntityAttributes to a filter (and all that goes with that)
- Calls to the /api/EntityDescriptor/{resourceId} and /api/entities/{entityID} endpoints return the EntityDescriptor with the added CEAs
